Sunshine In A Jar – my first impression is one of happiness and opportunity; open the lid and let the sun shine out. Allow the sunshine to escape and create the beauty of a bright, cheerful morning as it brushes away the dark night. If your hands are crippled with disease, or worse, non-existent and they do not allow you to open the lid then you must use your arms. If your arms aren’t able, use your feet. If your feet aren’t able, call on a loved one to open the jar for you. If all else fails push the jar off a cliff with your nose so that it can break open and free the sunshine. Sunshine is nature. Nature brings beauty and wonder. The earth, streams, rivers, lakes, oceans and all of its inhabitants are created or destroyed by nature. As are the sky, stars, moons, planets and all that we know as our universe. Once sunshine is freed the jar is open, empty, willing and waiting to capture moonlight and starlight. If we are wary of the dark we are sustained by moonlight and starlight. And when moonlight escapes a bright new day begins with Sunshine Out Of A Jar. KB
PS: What an incredibly warm and positive journey to undertake. Congratulations Jessica on always brightening my days. Cheers, Ken “Here Comes the Sun” – George Harrison & The Beatles, “Good Day Sunshine” – The Beatles.
Thanks, Ken! I hadn’t considered what would happen if opening the jar became too challenging. Your comment is so beautifully written. I also love the line about the moonlight escaping. Thank you so much for sharing.
